How to Order

Beautifully carved oak leaves surround this decorative sofa table. The selection of wood and finish matches chairs of European walnut and brings cohesiveness to the room it was designed for. This table is made from Butternut, and finished with a linseed oil/varnish blend.

This sofa table was designed to bring cohesiveness to the home it lives in. Many homes today have big open connecting rooms and one special piece can make all the difference. Leaves were a recurring element in the existing décor so oak leaves became the visual theme. The table is viewed from a long hallway, up close, and from an adjacent room so the side aprons are shaped to continue the undulating shape and to hide the backside of any apron piece.

Each leaf is hand carved and the deep relief brings the piece to life. The leg shape is sensual, living and flows with the leaves and visually connects to the top. Mitered mortise and tenon joinery connects the legs and aprons.
