How to Order

Built in 1991 of Pennsylvania Black Cherry, this queen size bed is of frame and panel construction. Turner designed this bed with reverse curves on the footboard (both top and bottom) and the headboard. Because of the concave curve at the top of the footboard, there is no visual obstruction.

The posts are an irregular octagon and finish at the thickness of the intersecting frame rails for an integrated appearance.

This bed is finished with an oil varnish mixture, but without any artificial coloring. Cherry is a photo sensitive wood; it reacts with light’s UV rays by darkening. Cherry is somewhat unique in this regard as other domestic woods, including Walnut, lighten with sun exposure.
